I truly can’t imagine where my mental and physical health would be without Sherisse and the entire team at SHADe. I’m so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place. I traveled from Philadelphia to Seattle just to see Sheriess Hill at Shade, and it was absolutely worth it. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really listens. No one at home was able to address my concerns, but she did. I felt cared for, not rushed. Honestly, she felt like family. I’ll be back and I’ve already planned my next visit. I’ve been going to SHADe for nearly two years and have gotten multiple kinds of services. This is the longest I’ve ever worked with an aesthetic derm because this is the best care I’ve received after working with many other providers.

Every appointment has been a great experience - punctual, every is super sweet and professional, and I’ve seen measurable improvements every step of the way.

I’ve had such a great experience here so far! The owner Sherisse has the best energy! I’ve worked with both her and Kira who are both super friendly and also very knowledgable with their treatments. The entire staff & front desk make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in! I feel like I’m just hanging out with friends during my time there.

I’ve only had 2 sessions so far, so I’m still early in my process, but I do notice small improvements after each visit already. I feel like I’m on the right plan for my skin and really trust their expertise. I’m excited to see the results continue to build! I've had my fair share of Botox treatments, and Sherisse is one of the most skilled providers I've worked with. I’ve been going to Shade for about a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skincare. The space is always spotless, relaxing, and welcoming, which makes every visit such a pleasant experience.

What I appreciate most is that they genuinely care about their clients. They listen to your concerns, take your feedback seriously, and never make you feel like just another appointment. Their service is consistently thoughtful and professional.

I first started seeing Sarah before she left for nursing school, and she was truly one of the best estheticians I’ve ever had. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and always made me feel comfortable.

Now I’ve been seeing Kira for my Hydrafacial and Glass Lift facials, and she has been wonderful. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything she’s doing, and always tailors the treatment to what my skin needs. She genuinely wants you to leave happy with the results.

I interviewed over 25 different medspas after having a few nightmare experiences, and Sherisse Hill & the SHADE team were the only ones who came through for me. My one & only request was someone who wouldn't comment on other areas of my face & body, and just inject the small areas I wanted done without unwanted "analysis." I absolutely hate when providers think they have a right to analyze you, even if it's to say "those lines aren't too bad," or something they think is a compliment! Or worse yet, the ones who try to push more treatments to "balance" things you haven't asked to be balanced! I'm not coming to medspas to be given new insecurities. I wanted to remain entirely mentally unmolested.

I told her I needed her to pretend that I look perfect, besides the small area I did want treated. And believe it or not, Sherisse actually understood and respected that! I've been lured into clinics before that swore up & down they would absolutely not "assess" me or point out anything extra they "thought" needed correcting, or comment on my facial features & body *at all* but without fail, every one of them broke that promise. I called many clinic managers in tears over that betrayal of trust. Largely, it's a harmful industry.

I was overjoyed to finally find a place like this. Sherisse listened, strategized collaboratively with me, performed my injections masterfully and worried about my pain during injections more than I did (which was basically non-existent). The office staff is always truly warm and friendly and seems to genuinely like people. They communicated with me beautifully and even called me back one time on a day off (totally not expected or necessary!) But more than that, I felt actually respected as a person!

I had a wonderful experience here! Sherisse did my Botox and filler and made me feel completely at ease, like chatting with a friend rather than sitting in an office. I really appreciated that she started light instead of going overboard, giving me natural results without that "overdone" look. Jessica, the scheduler, is amazing as well and is flexible with last minute changes. I'm already planning to come back for microneedling. I cannot recommend Sherisse enough! I have been going to her for years since before she started this practice and have had multiple treatments over the years including sculptra, botox and hyaluronic acid fillers. Sherisse is always incredibly warm and friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have had about different procedures, as well as honest if she feels that a procedure is unnecessary or there is a better way to get the desired results. Some people may be happy to take your money and encourage multiple procedures or use more fillers but I have always felt Sherisse aims for getting the best, most natural looking results with the least amount of procedures and saving me money in the process. Sherisse is a true artist. You will be so happy with your results. In my mid 50s I realized that  no amount of lotion or potion or shading or contouring was going to bring back what I once took for granted. My face. I had lost volume and my cheeks were slowly losing the battle with gravity. After one appointment with Sherisse I feel like I'm looking at myself in the mirror again. I have been going to Sherisse for years! Sherisse and her team have always been the best. Every time I go for any service, it’s like greeting old friends. The environment is fun and inviting. Sherisse is so incredibly knowledgeable, detail oriented, and truly an artist! She’s also very honest when assessing whether you need more or less of something which I think is super important when making sure you look natural and like “you”!

I first started coming to Sherisse after a big event in my life and I did not look or feel my best. Sherisse not only helped me look better and more like me (😊) but she also helped grow my self confidence back and FEEL like myself again. I get compliments on my face, skin, LIPS, etc. ALL the time.

I have been seeing her for years now and she always knows what I need and don't need.
That is the best part of her, she will never do "too" much even if I'm asking. Oh, and did I mention her gentle hands? I Never feel a thing.

I can’t say enough great things about Sherisse Hill Derm. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Scheduling was incredibly easy, the pre-appointment instructions were clear and thorough, and the follow-up care was consistently high-touch and thoughtful.

The personalized consultation really stood out — I felt heard, understood, and completely confident in the plan we created. And of course, the results speak for themselves. I couldn’t be happier.

That feeling you have knowing you can trust this woman with your face is priceless.I’ve received injections for years, and she does a beautiful job. But with age, I was noticing some sagging in my jowls, and hollowness in my cheeks.

My skin has never looked better and i get compliments all the time about how my skin barrier looks so healthy! I first started with Sarah and her Custom Facials which consisted of a variety of peels, masks, RLT, and extractions as needed. I’ve now added micro-needling to the list and am happy with the results as well! This is a follow-up to my original review for consultation with Sherisse of SHADE Aesthetic Oct. 17th. 

I went in to get injections for cheeks, laugh lines and chin.

 Sherisse was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I experience little to no discomfort. Throughout the procedure Sherisse checked with me to make sure I was comfortable. 

The staff was great as well and contacted me the day after my procedures to check on any soreness or discomfort (of which was minimal at best). I am so satisfied with the end results I have booked additional appointments for skin care.

I would recommend SHADE to anyone who wants wonderful, thoughtful, and professional skin care of the highest standard.

I just finished a 3-pack of PRF Microneedling  (I'd never had microneedling before), 

The entire experience was amazing, from the initial consult with Sarah to the sessions with Alisa. She explained what to expect, handled everything with the utmost care, adjusted the treatment after seeing how my skin reacted to it, and it was mostly painless. 

I'm glad I decided to go all the way to Issaquah for this and I cant wait to return to SHADe for my next treatments.

I started going to SHADe in November 2024 and have been so impressed with the results. In the past, I've had facials that left my skin glowing for a day--but never anything that made a longer-term difference. That changed after receiving a custom facial with Sarah. My skin felt radiant for over a week, and I noticed a real improvement in how well it absorbed the products I already use.

Sherrise provided a consultation after I mentioned wanting to improve my skin's texture, sun spots, and fine lines--without using botox and minimal downtime as I spend a lot of time outdoors snowboarding and mountain biking.  That led me to try PRF microneedling and PRF injections with Alisa. I saw great results not only right after the treatment, but also over the next few months while I was traveling abroad.

This is an overall review of sHADE!  I am incredibly grateful I found Sherisse and her team.  I have been traveling through this industry a LONG time and I have landed........It feels SO good to have a practice that takes care of you, listens, makes recommendations that work and you see improvement and sometimes it absolutely EXCEEDS your expectations.. that is Sherisse and Sarah.  I have done lots of treatments with Sherisse and I have never looked better at 57.  I am so grateful to her.  I trust her and she nails it every time.  She is warm and so gracious on top of her expertise.  We have use neuro modulators, filler, bio stimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse.  Ladies if you are seeing aging hands go get some radiesse!  I have used it in my face for volume and it's so natural and subtle.  I get compliments all the time and no one can quite figure it out so I am no over done!  I like a full lip and she has that down too.  I also love a little lip flip with my filler.  Gives me the perfect pout.  I have a STRONG PULL on my DAO and it took us some time to get the dose and that is absolutely okay.  I would much prefer going conservative and adding more as needed.  No one wants to look sad!  I love getting injected here as well as the brows, jawline, crows and neck bands. I have never allowed anyone to inject my lower face but let me tell you that is her jam - she is SOOOOOO good!   She always checks on you and is so authentic.  I love this practice and will never go any where else. Supporting small business is my thing and she is in my home town and that is also important to me.  She has added so much to my life in the way of confidence and just looking and feeling my best.  Thank you Sherisse for being so incredibly awesome!  Now, let's talk about Sarah her master aesthetician!   Sarah is the sweetest ever and such a joy to work with.  Her facials are incredible and her touch is perfect.  You want a great derma-plane added on?? No problem - she's got you!  Most recently we have been having fun with the BBL/MOXI.  I have been very self conscious and barely worn shorts in years due to sun damage on my legs.  We completed 3 sessions of BBL/MOXI on my legs, chest and neck.  WOW!  I actually cried a bit when I saw my legs out in the sun at a wedding.  We did full legs and got all that damage and moxi improves the tone and texture.  My chest was also a mess.  No more! Growing up in the 80's we didn't use sunscreen or take precautions and let me tell you it will haunt you.  Wear your sunscreen but if you have damage like I did there is a solution.  Sarah has those machines down and is competent and very thorough and we had a blast doing it too.  I will continue will BBL maintenance forever. Sarah also has also got me back using a must which is retinol and I am so grateful.  The products she recommends work and keep your human canvas looking its best.  Thank you Sarah - you have changed my life for the better.  Let's not forget the front desk cuties!  They are warm and welcoming and very professional and kind. Great, friendly experience! I went to Sarah and Sherisse. Sarah is wonderful and personable! I so appreciated her gentle hand and the heads up she'd give me about microneedling and the pain it causes. She was always really kind and fun to chat with! Sherisse did my Botox on my forehead and it was so much better than the derm office I went to to preciously.

I did three microneedling appts and they felt so worth it. I have intense hyperpigmentation that was making me feel like older than I was - and just makes me look TIRED all the time. My skin is so much less RUDDY looking now. I'm also insane about sunscreen so you can't exactly not take care of yours skin between sessions. Sherisse is absolutely fantastic.   Ive been seeing her for about a year for botox and just started Sculptra 4 months ago.  I love the results.  She listens to the amount of change you want to see (which I wanted subtle)   I have been to 2 dermatologists before her for botox that were not nearly as good and I had to go back to for touch ups each time.   I completely trust her and I did a ton of research reading reviews for weeks.  She is the absolutely best in the greater Seattle/ Bellevue area. I am new to SHADe but what a great experience! (All the great reviews were right). I had 2 back to back treatments over 2 days. The first was with Sherisse and she's THE BEST. There are so many options to choose from these days to achieve the results we want and she patiently and clearly laid it all out for me. In addition to her skill and experience, she's literally the nicest person!! I had radiesse and it was a flawless experience. I came back and had ultherapy with Sarah and she was equally amazing. She's knowledgable, skilled, answered every question, calmed any concerns, and like everyone here, she made me feel like one of the family. I found Sherrisse/SHADE this winter and am very happy with the treatments/skin care I've received, including microneedling with Sarah.  The team is so very caring and friendly in their approach with customers, and skilled at what they do. I'm very happy with my treatment from Sherisse. I will be coming here from now on. This was my first time getting filler and Botox, and by the way Sherisse assessed my goals and added her opinion, I immediately trusted her. She offered reasonable insight, telling me what would help achieve my goals. Her assistant Noelle, was very sweet to me as well. I have always cared for my skin on a very basic level. As I started getting older, those lines that my mother always warned me about started showing up. Ugh! So I decided to be more proactive to see what I could do to help slow down the aging process. I set up a consult with Sarah and she was amazing. She clearly explained the various approaches I could take. So I decided to start with a facial. I was really, really surprised how much of a difference one treatment made. Then I went back for another and am amazed again! My skin is so smooth and has such a healthy glow that I didn't even know was waiting under there. Sarah also suggested an under eye product to address fine lines. After a month of consistent use, it's working! I couldn't be happier. I was introduced to Sherisse's practice through a family member who raved about her services. After a couple of visits, I feel like I've found my go-to! Sherisse is so incredibly personable, you feel like you're catching up with a best friend upon arrival. She is super honest about what you need and don't need. Sherisse is the best! I've gone to her for botox for around 4 years now and she does a fantastic job. Her office is beautiful and convenient with easy parking. They have products but they're never pushed on you. Lauren does a great job reaching out about appointment scheduling and specials. Back to Sherisse...she is the nicest, most genuine person and does great work. I have been getting botox for about 15 years with many different providers (I was a travel nurse for 10 years), and Sherisse is probably my favorite of them all. I only do botox (I'm 46 and will attach a picture of my recent botox with Sherisse), but I can imagine she does an excellent job in any area.

Sherisse is, and has been my injector for a couple of years now. I found out about her from my friend, who is an aesthetician, and have never looked back since. In fact, I love her & her work so much that now I work for her part time! I have worked at SHADe for about 3 months now so I will talk about the services that I have received prior to my employment, as only a patient. I have had Dysport, Sculptra, RHA filler and more! There are great injectors in the Seattle area and then there are great injectors who have YOUR best interest at heart. Sherisse epitomizes that, lives and breathes it in her work and personality. I have been getting injections for about 8 years now and have seen the best of the best that Seattle has to offer as far as nurse injectors. My results were good but also a bit overdone... and I could tell that I was starting to get that frozen look and a little puffy in the cheeks. It's funny, when you see yourself everyday, you don't notice these things until you look back at old pictures and then you're kinda like WHOA. I don't necessarily look younger but I do look different. When I came to Sherisse I thought I wanted and needed a thread lift; I had had another consult saying that I would be the perfect candidate for this. Sherisse examined my face, went through my filler history and gave me reasoning as to why this would not be the best idea. What?! Instead I left with a bit of toxin and filler in my chin. Not at all what I thought I needed but was DEFINITELY WHAT I NEEDED. Sherisse had her associate check in with me the next day (only my vet does this for my dogs after their appointments). I was surprised and felt important, like I was being cared for. The next time I saw Sherisse she just wanted to see me as a follow up to see how things were settling. What (again)?! She didn't want to put anything in my lips or sell me anything. I was confused because truly I never have had this type of experience with an injector. Sherisse is honest and truly wants what is best for her patients. She is not trying to make a goal or quota or a quick buck. I decided then on that I would see Sherisse monthly so SHE could tell ME what I needed and not the other way around. Sherisse has never led me wrong and as I am approaching 40, my skin has never looked better. As I have got to know many of our patients, I have realized how similar our stories have been with Sherisse. I am lucky to know and work for her but my face is even luckier. I also want to give a shoutout to Sarah, who is an incredible master aesthetician. It's through her that I have learned so much about skincare. Sarah encompasses all that SHADe stands for. So happy! After my first facial with Sarah, I returned for a facial with triple MCH and a chemical peel - both were a first for me. I could see the results immediately - improved skin tone and texture. It was a great experience. Sarah explained everything that was happening, step by step. I've already booked my next session. I am so totally impressed with Dr. Hill. I went to see her for micro needling and lip injections and her work is amazing. The downtime from micro needling was an afternoon and by the next day my skin already looked so much better. My melasma on my cheeks and forehead is 75% gone in one treatment. My lips are so good and subtle (no duck lips) and I can't wait to see what result is when they settle. Dr. Hill is such a warm, thoughtful doctor and her receptionist is a sweetheart. Mine is a short story but important to tell. I'm a 57 year old man and was very reluctant to seek help with under eye bags. I perused many clinics and finally decided to take the plunge and contact Sherisse based on her experience and more importantly, the number of stellar reviews. I was concerned about even doing this because it was way out of my comfort zone but only minutes after I reached out, I was contacted. I did some info gathering and appointment setting and by the same afternoon, I was in her office being evaluated. She understood my reservations but she was so kind and caring which immediately put me at ease. As she asked more questions and gathered a medical history, I told her what I was hoping to do. After a thorough evaluation she broke the bad news. I was not a good candidate for the treatment I was seeking. I was disappointed of course but was so blown away by her honesty. I knew next to nothing about what I was wanting done and she could have easily made a quick thousand or two but.....she didn't. She told me that the treatments she had at her disposable were not the right ones for me and instead gave me the names of a couple of her associates who specialize in surgical procedures. It was important to her that I had a great outcome and she knew I would not be happy if she moved forward. Honestly, I don't think I could have asked for a better outcome because though I did not get the treatments, my faith in honest people was renewed. Boy was it ever.
