I’ve had such a great experience here so far! The owner Sherisse has the best energy! I’ve worked with both her and Kira who are both super friendly and also very knowledgable with their treatments. The entire staff & front desk make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in! I feel like I’m just hanging out with friends during my time there.

I’ve only had 2 sessions so far, so I’m still early in my process, but I do notice small improvements after each visit already. I feel like I’m on the right plan for my skin and really trust their expertise. I’m excited to see the results continue to build! I’ve been going to Shade for about a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skincare. The space is always spotless, relaxing, and welcoming, which makes every visit such a pleasant experience.

What I appreciate most is that they genuinely care about their clients. They listen to your concerns, take your feedback seriously, and never make you feel like just another appointment. Their service is consistently thoughtful and professional.

I first started seeing Sarah before she left for nursing school, and she was truly one of the best estheticians I’ve ever had. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and always made me feel comfortable.

Now I’ve been seeing Kira for my Hydrafacial and Glass Lift facials, and she has been wonderful. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything she’s doing, and always tailors the treatment to what my skin needs. She genuinely wants you to leave happy with the results.

I interviewed over 25 different medspas after having a few nightmare experiences, and Sherisse Hill & the SHADE team were the only ones who came through for me. My one & only request was someone who wouldn't comment on other areas of my face & body, and just inject the small areas I wanted done without unwanted "analysis." I absolutely hate when providers think they have a right to analyze you, even if it's to say "those lines aren't too bad," or something they think is a compliment! Or worse yet, the ones who try to push more treatments to "balance" things you haven't asked to be balanced! I'm not coming to medspas to be given new insecurities. I wanted to remain entirely mentally unmolested.

I told her I needed her to pretend that I look perfect, besides the small area I did want treated. And believe it or not, Sherisse actually understood and respected that! I've been lured into clinics before that swore up & down they would absolutely not "assess" me or point out anything extra they "thought" needed correcting, or comment on my facial features & body *at all* but without fail, every one of them broke that promise. I called many clinic managers in tears over that betrayal of trust. Largely, it's a harmful industry.

I was overjoyed to finally find a place like this. Sherisse listened, strategized collaboratively with me, performed my injections masterfully and worried about my pain during injections more than I did (which was basically non-existent). The office staff is always truly warm and friendly and seems to genuinely like people. They communicated with me beautifully and even called me back one time on a day off (totally not expected or necessary!) But more than that, I felt actually respected as a person!
