What Is Juvéderm®?

Juvéderm® is a dermal filler made with hyaluronic acid (HA). HA is produced by the body and works to retain moisture in the skin, helping to give it a full, plump, and youthful appearance. Juvéderm® Ultra XC – This formulation can fill and smooth facial lines and wrinkles that are moderate to severe. It can also be used to enhance the lips and minimize perioral lines. Juvéderm® Ultra XC lasts about six to 12 months.
Juvéderm® Ultra Plus XC – Juvéderm® Ultra Plus XC is intended for the treatment of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and creases. It generally lasts six to 12 months.
Juvéderm® Voluma – The Voluma formulation is designed to provide natural-looking volumizing effects and is often used to augment and contour the cheeks and chin. Juvéderm® Voluma can last up to two years.
